Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Terrible customer service, charged me for $69.99 for months after closing my account and after disputing it and getting a “partial” refund, a year later we’re getting charged again. We haven’t used thier system in 3 years. I don’t know how they’re still in business. Having to give them 1 star is generous.

they WILL steal money from you and your clients and then they WILL not respond to you emails and leave you on delivered fro MONTHS. Your better off using checks than this terrible company.

DO NOT USE they have the worst customer service and they screw you over with tons of fees monthly you shouldn’t have to pay. I’m not one to leave reviews but this company is a complete rip off!

Worst company ever absolutely don’t recommend canceled my service two years ago and continue charging me and is now telling me there’s nothing they can do. It’s not their fault. Same complaint continues throughout the reviews seems like they’re doing it on purpose not accidental or mistake

Been on support phone for 2 and a half hours to try and learn how to refund a customer that they charged 4 times instead of once. Good luck, if you use them.

Their service is terrible! They have you open tickets to resolve problems and the tickets are distributed to different departments that don't talk to each other! What you need must also be one of the options they give you or else they will just close your ticket.

I would not recommend CardPointe. We had fine service for 5 years and then suddenly they start charging our company several hundred in fees one month and then again 4 months later. Since they have access to our bank account, they just take the fees out without permission. They refuse to provide me with written terms so I can determine if their total annual fees is worth it for our company. I am closing my account and going with a far less convenient option because of this sneaky behavior.

Originally had pretty good service because I had an agent who worked on my behalf. After a sudden annual fee, I was suddenly changed to a different program / contract without my knowing and suddenly charged more fees...Since this wasn't a part of my initial agreement, I tried to cancel, which was very difficult. Phone system is horrible - disconnects and goes in circles. Customer service is hit or miss - friendly, but gives wrong information, doesn't document the content and then you are left with fees fees and more fees.

Worst company ever. Please do some research before signing up with any of these card processing companies. Customer service is horrible and you can send them documentation multiple times, yet they'll keep asking. Plus, no follow up. Rude agents.

Terrible. They also are called Clover Connect. Cardpointe promised one rate roughly 3% through their sales person. Delivered on their word for one year. And then over the course of months and years increased my credit card processing fees to nearly 6%. They gained my trust, I stopped carefully watching my bills and they took advantage of me overcharging 1000's of dollars. I would stay far away from this company.
